Agile coaching isn’t about Agile, it’s about people. It’s about connecting with every person, whoever they are and however they show up. It’s about championing energy, enthusiasm, and passion. Identifying that ‘lone nut’, seeing the value they offer, and being the first follower. It’s about remaining curious, and creative, and bringing that same awareness to others by asking questions that unbind their perception of the possible and allow them to choose something new.

In week seven of the Agile Coaching Lab we looked beyond the team and to organisation design and behaviour. I found it interesting to learn about the different organisational paradigms through history, as outlined by Frederic Laloux. His Culture Model which I refer to in this video is shown above.
